Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026.
Mycel Design Ltd. (“Mycel Design”, “we”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you write. The contact form is delivered by our form provider, Web3Forms, which processes your message only to pass it on to us and, if we have that feature switched on, to send you a copy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to mailing lists without asking.
Where it’s stored
Messages are kept in our business email, which may be stored on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. We keep correspondence as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello at myceldesign dot com.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
